Receptionist and Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized receptionist and administrative assistant to join our team at a new clinic in the West Island. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephone inquiries and resolving customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner
  • Tracking and resolving customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Providing excellent customer service through phone and in-person interactions
  • Booking and entering patient files into our system
  • Performing patient registration, scheduling appointments, and confirming bookings
  • Answering incoming calls and completing medical forms
  • Processing payments and executing other clerical duties
Requirements:
  • Experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
  • Bilingual English and French (spoken and written)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
