We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Lakeside Manor in Salmon Arm, BC.

About the Role
  • As a Server, you will provide exceptional service to our residents by serving meals, maintaining a clean dining environment, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • You will work closely with our culinary team to prepare and present meals that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with food preparation, presentation, delivery, and service of meals while adhering to food safety practices and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including cleaning up after meals and restocking kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and excellent resident satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous hospitality experience is an asset; we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Able to plan, organize, and deliver services with minimal supervision.
  • Current WHMIS Certification and Food Safe certificate Level 1 – Basic (or equivalent) are assets.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.50 per hour, plus benefits available after 3 months of employment. Our benefits package includes health & wellness and pharmacy coverage.

Additionally, we provide a shift differential of $0.50 per hour for afternoon shifts, demonstrating our commitment to recognizing and rewarding your hard work.
