Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Speed Projects Laboratory Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and develop effective communication strategies and programs
  • Oversee the preparation of public written material, including reports, briefs, and website content
  • Prepare and edit written material, such as reports, briefs, and website content
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Initiate and maintain contact with the media and other external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
