Job Summary

Paul's NOFRILLS Ponoka is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats to order, ensuring high-quality products are available for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
  • Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
  • Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Weigh meats for sale
  • Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
  • Cut fish into steaks and fillets
  • Grind meats
  • Slice cooked meats
  • Prepare special orders
  • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
  • Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
Work Environment

As a Meat Cutter at Paul's NOFRILLS Ponoka, you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
