About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Estimator to join our team at Paul Davis. As a Restoration Estimator, you will play a critical role in helping our clients recover from property damage caused by disasters such as fires, floods, and storms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to assess damage and provide estimates for restoration and reconstruction work
  • Develop and maintain relationships with insurance professionals, property owners, and other stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, adjusters, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution
  • Scope and estimate projects to ensure profitability and meet customer expectations
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for new losses and emergencies
  • Attend local community events to build relationships and promote the company
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Previous estimating experience, preferably with Xactimate
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Industry certifications, such as IICRC and Lead, preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
