Director of Information Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Technology to join our team at the Ismaili Centres. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our IT strategy, ensuring that our technology infrastructure is aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency
- Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
- Lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that meet business needs
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their adoption
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT leadership, with a strong track record of success in developing and implementing IT strategies
- Excellent technical skills, with expertise in IT infrastructure, software development, and data analytics
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align IT strategies with business objectives
