Job Summary:

BrandSafway is seeking a skilled Yardhand / Installer to join our team. As a Yardhand / Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our yard and work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Erect and dismantle mast climbing platforms and swing stages, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to lay out work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform routine maintenance on rental equipment, including cleaning and inspection.
  • Assist in the coordination of trucking operations, including loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Participate in the preparation and maintenance of rental equipment, including pressure washing and inspection.
  • Assist in the sorting, inspecting, and grading of stock, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Perform duties in a safe and professional manner, utilizing personal protective equipment as required.
  • Assist with service and maintenance record keeping, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by immediate supervisor, supporting the overall goals and objectives of the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working on construction sites, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver Licence, with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work at heights, with training and certification provided by BrandSafway.
