**Job Description**

  • Handling transactions across real estate (60%), corporate/commercial lending (20%), and wills & estates (20%)
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to the team
  • Working in a non-sales-driven legal practice with no expectation of bringing in business

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

  • 5-10 years of experience as a solicitor in BC
  • Strong background in real estate, corporate/commercial lending, and wills & estates
  • Passion for mentorship and fostering a supportive team environment
  • Looking for long-term stability and work-life balance
  • Comfortable with an environment of Mandarin/Cantonese speaking clientele

**What You Will Enjoy**

**Salary & Benefits**
