Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete and Cement Finishing Contractor to join our team at PAYLESS ROOFING INC.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity requiring 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete and cement finishing, with excellent oral communication skills and a strong ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare production reports, oversee apprenticeship training, and train or arrange for training for workers.
  • Safety and Health: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and coordinate activities to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise 1-2 people, set up machines and equipment, and lead individuals as required.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Work Environment and Conditions

The successful candidate will work under pressure, require overtime occasionally, and have flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
