• Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume to maximize market value.
• Clean and maintain greenhouses to ensure optimal growing conditions.
• Hand harvest vegetables and remove suckers and water sprouts to promote healthy plant growth.
• Shear and shape trees and plants with a knife to maintain desired shapes and sizes.
• Tie and secure plants to prevent damage and promote healthy growth.
• Clean work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Harvest crops in a timely and efficient manner to meet market demands.
• Report any signs of insect or disease damage to ensure prompt action is taken to prevent further damage.
• Assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants to promote healthy growth and maximize yields.
• Cut horticultural crops to prepare them for market.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
• Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail to ensure accurate grading and harvesting.
