  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service and greet all clients with a warm and inviting manner.
  • Explain treatments to clients before beginning and offer relevant add-ons to enhance their experience.
  • Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials.
  • Make recommendations on product purchases, facial frequency, and product pulls for clients.
  • Be willing to learn, understand, and promote all spa services and product lines.
  • Maintain a professional work environment and appearance.
  • Communicate client updates to the Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep the database up to date.

Requirements:
  • Esthetic diploma or equivalent.
  • Hand & Stone experience is preferred.
  • Dermalogica specialist or expert is preferred.
  • Waxing on all areas, including Brazilian.
  • Knowledge of skincare lines and products.
  • Effective sales techniques and retail experience are an asset.
  • Outstanding and discreet customer service skills.
  • Schedule flexibility.
  • Strong team player.
