**Job Description**

As an Insurance Advisor, you will:

  • Understand customer insurance needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
  • Quote and sell Home and Auto insurance policies, ensuring customers receive the best possible coverage.
  • Assist new customers with their Home and Auto insurance needs, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Service existing customers by updating their policies to reflect changing needs and introducing new products as required.
  • Drive strong customer retention through exceptional customer experience.
  • Underwrite new business, policy endorsements, and renewals, gathering necessary information from customers for pricing and risk analysis.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A College Diploma or University Degree.
  • Sales and customer service experience (mandatory).
  • OTL licensed or RIBO licensed is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to match products to customers' needs.
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize work.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications.
