Job Title: Farm Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Farm Labourer to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on our farm, including hand harvesting vegetables, packing fruits and vegetables, and operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Hand harvesting vegetables
  • Pack fruits and vegetables
  • Sort fruits and vegetables
  • Weeding
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The work site environment is dusty, hot, and wet/damp at times.
