Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at A&W. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- Load buspans and trays
- Package take-out food
- Portion and wrap foods
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars
- Take customers' orders
- Clean and sanitize kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
- Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
- Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers
- Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
