Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Supervisor to join our team at PT PROTECH TELECOM LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our telecommunications department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit regular reports on production and other key performance indicators.

Team Management

Supervise and coordinate the work of team members, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Resource Allocation

Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.

Staffing and Training

Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, as well as provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members.

Health and Safety

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work environment is safe and healthy.

Personnel Actions

Recommend personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.

Procurement

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Work Scheduling

Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Language

English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
