Job Title: Key Holder

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Key Holder to join our team at the Great Canadian Dollar Store. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Tasks:
    • Sell merchandise to customers.
    • Perform opening and closing activities, including counting cash and maintaining daily log books.
    • Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions.
    • Provide advice to customers on merchandise and services.
    • Greet customers and discuss their needs.
    • Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining store displays.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
    • Attention to detail is essential.
    • Standing for extended periods is required.
    • Bending, crouching, and kneeling are necessary.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) is required.
  • Personal Suitability:
    • Client focus is essential.
    • Efficient interpersonal skills are required.
    • Team player and collaborative attitude are necessary.
    • Dependability and integrity are essential.
    • Positive attitude is required.

Requirements:
