Job Title: Retail Stock Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at A1 Snack Mart Ltd. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked store environment, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
  • Count and reconcile inventory levels to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting and stockroom organization.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or inventory management environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
