Cosmetology Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a passionate and talented Cosmetology Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, managing store operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in all areas and assume primary duties when the Store Manager is not present.
  • Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.
  • Oversee all store operations, focusing on maintaining assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
  • Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring all staff follows safety and security rules and procedures, as well as Company policies.
  • Foster an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
  • Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
  • Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
  • Passion for all things hair and beauty.
