We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic SRED Analyst to join our team at Long View Systems. As a key member of our Business Excellence team, you will play a critical role in processing, submitting, and completing Canadian and US Governments' Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) Tax Incentive Program claims.

• Process and submit SRED claims for Canadian and US Governments
• Assist with conducting SRED interviews with technical consultants
• Work with vendors to produce SRED eligible projects for claiming
• Track and follow up on government requirements
• Maintain process flows and reports within Microsoft Flows, SharePoint, and PowerBI
• Review timesheet data and report on eligibility for the Canadian SR&ED tax credit
• Perform need analysis and provide recommendations for business modifications and solutions
• Develop test plans for automation initiatives
• Manage stakeholder relationships throughout projects

• 2+ years' experience with data management and/or business analysis
• Capacity to understand different technologies and interview techniques
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Self-driven attitude and interest in leading educational initiatives

• Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year
