As a Corporate Actions Team Lead, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day activities and initiatives of the team, aligning resources to complete daily tasks, and supporting clients with inquiries and requests.

About the Role:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities and initiatives of the team, aligning resources to complete daily tasks.
  • Supports/completes client inquiries and requests, and resolves complex, escalated issues from subordinate staff.
  • Participates in the recruiting process, instructs, assigns, directs, and reviews the work of corporate actions analysts.
  • Serves as a team supervisor/manager for the day-to-day operations of a medium to large-sized corporate actions team.
  • Directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education or experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
  • Experience in securities or financial services preferred.
  • Ability to lead a medium to large-sized corporate actions team.
