About the Role


The Canadian Partnership Against Cancer Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts and Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Finance and Corporate Services Division, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of procurement and partner funding activities.


This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and manage updates to procurement and partner funding documentation library.
  • Respond to inquiries on policies, procedures, templates, and tools.
  • Facilitate the contract execution process, including reviewing final contract documentation package and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Coordinate Partnership teams to review upcoming expiry of contracts and perform analysis to identify contracts requiring changes or follow-up.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Maintain record of all contracts, amendments, and related documentation in the Record Management system.
  • Assist with preparation of quarterly reporting of contracts and pending contract commitments.
  • Develop and document procurements and review vendor submissions for competitive and non-competitive procurements.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external parties involved in contracts.
  • Coordinate vendor information sessions and vendor debriefs.
  • Maintain preferred vendor list and administer the preferred vendor program.
  • Seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency.


Requirements:


  • College Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
  • Obtained or pursuing professional certification in Procurement.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the non-profit or healthcare sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Enterprise Resource Planning System.
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
