Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Evertz, a leading provider of professional equipment for television broadcast, film, and HDTV production, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals by collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Research and analyze data from various databases to support sales efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required.
Requirements:
  • College education in a related field (Business, Administration) or equivalent experience.
  • 0-1 year of office administrative experience.
  • 0-1 year of sales/service sector experience.
