Pizza Kitchen Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Kitchen Specialist to join our team at DOMINOS PIZZA. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas that exceed customer expectations.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $35,000-$45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities- Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, maintaining accurate inventory records and minimizing waste.
- Kitchen Operations: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent culinary skills, ability to work under pressure, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
This is a full-time position, working approximately 30-40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, with repetitive tasks involved in pizza preparation and cooking.
