Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Wealth Management team at National Bank. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our investment advisors in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their queries and concerns.
  • Assist investment advisors in preparing for client meetings, including analyzing client accounts and preparing relevant materials.
  • Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and transactions, ensuring seamless communication between clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • College diploma in a related field, such as business administration or finance.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
