We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Canarm Ltd. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support related to HVAC products and services.
- Order Fulfillment: Process orders, manage inventory, and ensure accurate information is entered into the system.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on Canarm HVAC products and services to provide accurate guidance and assistance to customers.
- Technical Assistance: Provide basic troubleshooting assistance for HVAC products and escalate complex issues to the technical team.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns, maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company's CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any supply or delivery issues.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs in a timely manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks as required to support the customer service and HVAC departments.
Qualifications:
- Background: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in HVAC or a related technical field, is beneficial.
- Skills: Basic understanding of HVAC systems and products. Familiarity with HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostics is advantageous.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, utilizing available resources and knowledge.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, working with colleagues to achieve company objectives.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
