The CompDoc is seeking a skilled Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist to join our team. As an Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to clients.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Computer hardware or software retailer/wholesaler.
  • Office building.
