Responsabilités spécifiques
  • Préparer des boissons mixées, du vin, de la bière et des boissons non alcoolisées à la demande des serveurs.
  • Présenter les commandes conformément aux normes de Holt Renfrew.
  • Recommander des boissons en fonction des préférences des clients et des plats.
  • Entreposer les boissons et effectuer le contrôle des stocks de façon périodique afin de s'assurer que les produits sont en quantité suffisante.
  • Commander des réapprovisionnements supplémentaires au besoin et obtenir l'autorisation nécessaire.
  • Se conformer à toutes les politiques et exigences de santé-sécurité.
  • Superviser le bar en vertu du Règlement provincial sur les boissons alcoolisées (Smart serve).
Compétences requises
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires.
  • 3 années d'expérience préalable en service de bar.
  • Accréditation Smart Serve.
Évaluation du succès
  • Contribution aux objectifs financiers.
  • Objectifs individuels liés à la réalisation des objectifs du service.
  • Rétroactions des clients internes et externes.
