Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Security Guards to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to clients, tenants, and patrons
  • Write clear and detailed reports on incidents, emergencies, and day-to-day activities
  • Monitor and report any security breaches, facility hazards, and emergency situations
  • Provide first aid and medical response when required
  • Perform regular foot patrols to ensure personnel, building, and equipment security
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients using two-way radios and computer applications
  • Exercise crowd control and evict trespassers

Requirements

  • 6 months of security experience or 6 months of customer service experience
  • Valid security license
  • Valid OFA 1 or higher (asset)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Physical fitness to walk for prolonged hours
  • Class 5 or Class 7 N BC Driving License (asset for Mobile Patrol)
