We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Technician to join our team in Brockville. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the safe startup, operation, and shutdown of production lines. You will also be loading and unloading products into production machinery, adjusting equipment as needed, and recording production information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Start up, operate, and shut down production line safely
  • Loading and unloading products into production machinery
  • Adjusting machinery as required
  • Recording production information

You must have a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to work around heavy equipment. Prior experience in manufacturing or production is highly recommended, as well as the ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods. A clear background check is required, and CSA-approved steel toe boots are necessary for this role.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $22.38 to $24.14 per hour, increasing to $30.91 after 5 years. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and life insurance, RRSP matching, and paid vacation time.
