Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Leader to join our team at MS SOFA MANUFACTURE LTD. as a Strategic Business Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development and a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve organizational performance
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management, including the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other productivity software
