As a Financial Record Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. You will also be responsible for maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, preparing tax returns, and preparing trial balance of books. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining computerized bookkeeping systems and preparing statistical, financial, and accounting reports. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping. You will also have strong computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word, and excellent interpersonal skills.
