Urologist Opportunity at Manitoba Health

We are seeking a highly skilled Urologist to join our team at Manitoba Health. As a Urologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat diseases, prescribe medications and treatment, and order lab tests and x-rays as required.
  • Consult with other physicians as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct independent research and supervise post-graduate trainees conducting research.
  • Participate in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research, and tertiary care medicine.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine Degree with specialization in Urology.
  • Fellowship training in endourology and minimally invasive surgery.
  • Clinical research experience is an expectation.
  • Additional post-graduate training in education or research is an asset.
