Job Summary

Updating Brains Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Executive Director - Strategic Operations to lead our organization's operational strategy and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive management, with experience in allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating regional work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives
  • Authorize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations
  • Represent the organization in official functions and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff to drive business success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in executive management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
