Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Northern Motor Inn. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our hotel and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Content Creation
    • Develop and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns
  • Event Planning
    • Coordinate special events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness
    • Work with the events team to plan and execute successful events
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Track and analyze marketing campaign results
    • Provide regular reports to management on marketing campaign performance
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma
  • Experience
    • Experience in marketing or a related field is an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
