About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at ETERNITY ELECTRIC INC. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to the organization, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and goals.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective organizational structure and operations.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving business results.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with our business strategy.
  • Financial Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring effective business operations.
  • Support for Diverse Groups: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, as well as recruit and support newcomers and refugees, promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Work Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a 30-hour workweek and English as the primary work language.
