Job Summary:
We are seeking a Treatment Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for administering prescribed medications, providing treatments to residents, and observing their reactions. You will also ensure proper handling and storage of medications and controlled substances, document services provided, and maintain accurate medical records.

Responsibilities:
1. Administer prescribed medications orally and by injections.
2. Provide treatments to residents per physician orders.
3. Observe residents' reactions to medications and treatments.
4. Ensure proper handling and storage of medications and controlled substances.
5. Document all services provided and maintain accurate medical records.
6. Report changes in residents' conditions to supervisors and attending physicians.
7. Maintain compliance with policies and procedures regarding medication administration and treatment provision.

Qualifications:
1. Current license as an R.N. or L.P.N. from the State Board of Nursing.
2. Ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in fast-paced environments.
5. Ability to work intimately with residents, physicians, and staff.
6. Capable of working to prescribed nursing standards.
