About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Rockyford Distributors Inc. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of products and materials throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload products and materials from trucks, trailers, and other equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately count and record inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
  • Material Handling: Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling devices, to move products and materials throughout the facility.
  • Picking and Packing: Pick orders and pack products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products and materials for damage or defects, and report any issues to management.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the warehouse floor and surrounding areas.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
