Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Support Worker to provide high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their homes. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, in accordance with established care plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Administer medications as directed by clients or their caregivers.
  • Perform homemaking tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of a Personal Support Worker (PSW) course or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
