Join Our Team as a Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Client Strategy team in Toronto. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting with the production of various marketing assets, coordination of events, and reporting for the Client Strategy team within Capital Markets.

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, create marketing materials, and analyze data to inform marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for coordinating events, managing budgets, and providing administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including creating marketing materials, coordinating events, and analyzing data
  • Coordinate events, including planning, execution, and follow-up
  • Manage budgets, including tracking expenses and reconciling accounts
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, client invitations, emails, and client newsletters
  • Assist in the production of monthly and quarterly reporting for marketing, sponsorship, and events-related activities
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a marketing analyst or coordinator role
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality work
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and expense reporting
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
