This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations professional to join our team at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited. As a Distribution Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our 120,000 square foot facility in Hamilton, Ontario.
Responsibilities- Lead logistics activities to ensure efficient delivery, fleet, technical service, and warehouse operations.
- Manage a team of direct and indirect reports, including warehouse supervisors and distribution supervisors.
- Develop and maintain complex relationships with union leadership, suppliers, and senior management.
- Identify and lead the execution of optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure regulatory compliance standards and facility policies are communicated and adhered to.
- 5+ years of management experience in a large unionized company.
- Completed post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Strong influencing and people management skills.
- Strong business acumen and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and NESTC standards.
- Previous experience with SAP is an asset.
- Bilingualism (spoken and written in French and English) is required.
