Senior Pastry Craftsman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Pastry Craftsman to join our team at beBee Professionals in Nepean. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.

• Prepare doughs, batters, and other baked goods from scratch, adhering to strict quality standards.
• Create visually appealing pastry displays and decorate cakes and other desserts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order baking supplies as needed to ensure efficient production.

• Previous experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role, preferably with a focus on pastry arts.
• Demonstrated knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

• $18.50 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
