We are seeking a highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Alberta Health Services. As an LPN, you will play a key role in providing safe, quality patient and family centered care in our Lethbridge and Fort Macleod Hemodialysis units.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and maintain patient records
Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse education program
  • Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP)
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a LPN in a medical and surgical setting
  • Prefer LPN with current and up to date hemodialysis experience
