We are seeking a highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Alberta Health Services. As an LPN, you will play a key role in providing safe, quality patient and family centered care in our Lethbridge and Fort Macleod Hemodialysis units.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis
- Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and maintain patient records
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse education program
- Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP)
- Minimum 2 years experience as a LPN in a medical and surgical setting
- Prefer LPN with current and up to date hemodialysis experience
