About Kooner Transport Group

We are a leading transportation company seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.

Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations;
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement;
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to improve productivity and product quality;
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance with company standards;
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency;
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as logistics or business administration;
  • At least 7 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Windows;
