About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as our Vice President, Campaign. This is a unique opportunity to lead a comprehensive fundraising campaign that will have a profound impact on the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to achieve campaign goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and community leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success
- Manage a portfolio of high-level donors and prospects
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote the campaign
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in senior fundraising roles, ideally in healthcare or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
- Experience with campaign management and donor relations
SickKids Foundation offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $207,060-$245,635, with the ability to progress to a maximum of $282,170. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, tuition reimbursement, flexible work arrangements, and a pension plan.
