We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Advantage Solutions Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain shelves at major retailers and ensure Planogram compliance and correct pricing
- Ensure product freshness and process returns of all unsaleable product
- Increase sales volume by selling and building displays
- Drive speed to market and distribution on new product releases
- Suggest orders and selling programs to retailers
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, recaps, timesheets, expense reports, etc.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of experience in retail, client, or food broker preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills; Word, Excel, and Internet usage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
What We Offer:
- $15.00 - $22.50 per hour
