Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Specialist to provide support for AP and Pricing in our region by promoting operational best practices, providing training, and working collaboratively with the National Support Centre (NSC) AP Support, Pricing, & PMG teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and prioritizing regional AP reports, conducting margin growth opportunities within individual PC pricing structures, and implementing process improvements & enhancement requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and prioritize regional AP reports to focus Profit Centre (PC) teammates on high-risk suppliers and transactions.
  • Master M3 AP training materials and processes and act as a resource for PC teammates, providing direction for follow-up and correction of AP discrepancies.
  • Support PC teammates proactively by promoting operational best practices such as regular review of AP reports.
  • Review and follow-up on outstanding invoices for strategic suppliers.
  • Suggest process improvements & enhancement requests to NSC AP Support team.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and profit sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree and/or college diploma majoring in accounting or relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to develop trust and respect from internal customers.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze key issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Infor M3.
