Emergency Medical Technician Specialist

About the Role:
">The Emergency Medical Technician reports to the Director of Emergency Medical Services and when on site in a facility to the designated Supervisor/Charge Nurse. This professional provides direct pre-hospital, emergency and patient care. Their participation is governed by one restriction: No duties can restrict them from responding immediately to any ambulance calls.

Requirements:
">This role requires a Primary Care Paramedic diploma (PCP) and registration as an Emergency Medical Technician/Primary Care Paramedic (EMT/PCP). A valid Class 4 driver's license is also necessary. Additionally, the ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is essential.

">HSAS members are given preference for this position as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement. Esterhazy is located approximately 77 km east of Yorkton, offering a unique opportunity to live and work in a rural area.
