About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Master to join our team at Masayoshi Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory. You will also instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food, as well as prepare and cook food on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
- Prepare and cook food on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
- Plan menus to ensure food meets quality standards.
- Recruit and hire staff.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
Requirements:
- 5 years or more of experience in the culinary industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
