About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Strong project management skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications are essential for this role.

In addition to project planning and coordination, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer expectations, closely monitoring scope creep, and ensuring that Change Requests are clearly called out and agreed upon. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial in this position.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can work effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and client-side resources, to deliver successful project outcomes.

This role will involve close coordination with project and support colleagues across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM projects.
  • Define and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, and engagement profitability.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
  • Manage customer expectations and monitor for scope creep.
  • Identify inter-dependencies between stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and risk mitigation.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including 5+ years of Project Management experience in managing Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Must have managed 3-5 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Strong Project Management capabilities and proven experience in delivering complex Oracle Applications projects using Oracle AIM and OUM methodologies.
  • High-level functional knowledge of Oracle ERP or SCM or HCM Applications.
