Plan and prepare menus, taking into account food costs, nutritional value, and customer preferences.
Food Preparation and CookingPrepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
Kitchen ManagementCoordinate special events, determine food portion sizes and costs, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Team CollaborationTrain staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceExperience in a kitchen environment is an asset, and a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week is available.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
